Can I use a promo code during a site-wide sale or on sale items?

Promo codes cannot be combined with site-wide sales or items that are already discounted, including clearance items. During these promotions, our sale prices are already the best available, so additional discounts cannot be applied.

Can I use more than one promo code per order?

No. Only one promo code can be applied per order.
If you have multiple codes available, we recommend choosing the one that provides the best discount for your purchase.

Please note: Some items may be excluded from discounts.

How do I apply a promo code?

1. Go to the checkout page.

2. Enter your code in the “Discount Code” field under your cart total.

3. Click “Apply.”

4. Confirm the discount appears in your total before completing your purchase.

⚠️ Important: Promo codes must be applied before checkout. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to add or adjust discount codes.

Why isn’t my promo code working?

If your code isn’t applying, try the following:

• Check your account: Some codes are tied to specific email addresses.

• Verify the code is valid: Certain codes may expire or have usage limits.

• Avoid sale items: Promo codes cannot be applied to items already on sale.

• Enter the code carefully: Some codes are case-sensitive. Watch for similar characters like “O” vs. “0.”

Can you add a promo code after my order is placed?

Unfortunately, promo codes cannot be added after an order is submitted. Please make sure your discount appears in your cart before completing checkout, as pricing is locked once payment is processed.

Can I receive an additional discount or a birthday code?

We’re unable to create additional discount codes, extend expired promotions, or apply new discounts to completed orders.

However, there are a couple of ways to save on future purchases:

• Join our Rewards Program: Earn points for purchases, activities, and even bonus points on your birthday that can be redeemed for discounts and perks.

• Sign up for Email or SMS: Subscribers are often the first to know about upcoming sales and promotions.
