All items purchased as gifts can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date the package is delivered, according to tracking information. Exchange only items can be returned for store credit or exchanged and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, tags, and packaging to qualify. This includes intact shoe boxes.
