How do I make a return or exchange?Updated 2 months ago

Return & Exchange Policy

We’re happy to assist with returns and exchanges within 45 days of purchase, provided items are in brand-new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.

Eligible Items:

  • Apparel: Original tags attached; free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume, makeup, and pet hair.

  • Swimwear & Athleisure Undies: Hygienic liner intact.

  • Shoes: Unworn (other than try-on). Must be returned in the original shoebox (reusable condition) and placed in alternate packaging to prevent damage.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Items should be returned in the original clear plastic bag with the barcode label intact if possible.


Each order must be returned separately; multiple orders cannot be combined in the return portal.

Items are not reserved until your return is scanned into the mail system.

International, FPO, DPO, APO, and Military Address Returns

  • No return labels provided.

  • Customers must use pre-paid shipping to return items to the U.S.

  • Include a note specifying store credit or refund to original payment method. *Per Item eligibility

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Open our Return & Exchange Portal

  2. Enter your order number and zip code.

  3. Select the item(s) to return or exchange.

  4. Choose a return reason and one of the following options:

    • Exchange for a new size

    • Exchange for a different item

    • Return for a refund to the original payment method ($12 processing fee applies) *per item eligibility 

    • Return for store credit (no fee deducted)

If selecting Exchange & Shop Now, you’ll be redirected to the site to use your store credit at checkout. Add items to your cart and click checkout to return to the return summary page.


Instant Exchange & Shop Now Bonuses

Instant Exchange:

  • A $1 hold is placed on your card.

  • Replacement items ship prior to your return arriving at our warehouse.

  • Cannot be edited once submitted. Double-check items, sizes, and quantities.

  • If returned items are not received, your card will be charged for the replacement items.

Shop Now Bonus:

  • Discounts from your original purchase carry over with Exchange & Shop Now.

  • Only applies to new items, not returns to store credit or size exchanges.

  • Any unused portion will not be retained.

Opting Out of Instant Exchange:

  • Replacement items ship after your return is received and processed.

Important: Do not log into third-party payment options during this process. Orders processed outside the portal are standard purchases and cannot be edited as exchanges.


Additional Information & Fees

  • Sale items: Are clearly marked Exchange Only or Final Sale both in checkout and on product page with sale pricing .

  • Mystery bundles & free promotional items: Final Sale, no returns/exchanges.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after items arrive; allow extra time for holidays.

  • Refunds to original payment method: $12 processing fee for manual restocking

  • Refunds to store credit: No deductions 

  • Original shipping fees: Non-refundable.

  • Gift card purchases: Reimbursed to original card first; remaining balance to alternate payment method.
