Once your order is processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email used to place the order.

Please note:

  • If you used an alternate payment method such as Apple Pay or Shop Pay, the confirmation will be sent to the email associated with that account.

  • Be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotional folders if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

If you still haven’t received your confirmation or tracking information, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Provide the following details to help us locate your order:

  • Name on the order

  • Shipping address

  • Order number (if available)

  • Any additional information that may assist our team

Some verification may be required to confirm the order details before tracking can be provided.
