How to Set Up a Tax-Exempt Tactical Industry Account
Please follow the steps below to activate your tax-exempt account.
Please note: Until your tax-exempt status is verified, we are unable to edit tax calculations on orders. Orders placed prior to verification do not qualify for tax exemption. Please also note that tax-exempt certificates cannot be applied to personal customer accounts.
Step 1: Submit Your Tax Exemption Form
Email your completed Tax Exemption Form to BP Tactical and state your affiliation:
- Military and Government Purchases
- Law Enforcement, State, Intelligence, and Federal Enforcement Agencies
Your form should clearly include:
- Your Tax ID number
- Your Business Name and Address
- If this is an individual state exemption, please include a valid form of ID with your exemption form/card
Please send forms to the appropriate email listed above (hyperlinked) to ensure timely processing.
Step 2: Approval Process
Once we receive and verify your documentation, our team will:
- Send you instructions for your Tax-Exempt Account
- Confirm your tax-exempt status via email

We have transitioned bulk and department orders through our authorized vendor and distributor network. For the most efficient service, pricing, and fulfillment, we encourage customers to place orders through an authorized vendor whenever possible.
