Fulfillment & Processing Times
Your estimated fulfillment timeframe can be found in your order confirmation email. Please note that fulfillment time refers to the time required for our warehouse to process and prepare your order before shipment. This is separate from shipping transit time provided by the carrier.

Business days are Monday–Friday excluding federal holidays. Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships.
Carriers & Delivery Restrictions
UPS is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use a valid residential or business address when selecting UPS shipping methods.
Once an order has shipped and entered carrier transit, we are unable to:
- Modify shipping addresses
- Reroute packages
- Intercept shipments
- Change carriers
- Add signature requirements
For delivery requests or alternate delivery options, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

While carriers provide estimated delivery windows, packages may be delayed while awaiting customs processing, and these delays are outside of our control. |
| APO/FPO/DPO Military, & Territories | USPS / UPS / DHL | Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and U.S. territories may require additional transit time and can take up to 45 days for delivery. Tracking visibility may become limited once the shipment leaves the continental United States or is transferred to military or local postal networks. Delivery timelines beyond that point are dependent on the destination postal system and are outside of our control. |
If you have a preferred carrier request, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible after placing your order. Carrier changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
Order Changes & Modifications
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify:
- Item changes
- Size/color swaps
- Discount codes
- Payment methods
If you notice an issue with your order, please contact Customer Service immediately. Orders already in fulfillment or transit may no longer be editable.
Please note:
- Canceling and replacing an order will be subject to current website pricing and promotions.
- Updating your Born Primitive account address does not update existing orders already placed.
Multiple Shipments & Special Items
- Orders are fulfilled individually and cannot be combined with separate orders.
- Preorders and custom products may ship separately unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Holidays & Peak Fulfillment Periods
The following holidays and high-volume sales periods may extend fulfillment timelines:

Major launches, promotional events, and national holidays may increase fulfillment and carrier transit times.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an address issue:
- Contact Customer Service immediately
- Address updates are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins
- We cannot modify addresses once a package has shipped
