If you’ve just submitted a return through our portal, your return label has been emailed to you and can also be accessed on your Return Status Page (link included in the email in the button "View My Return").

QR Code Option

• A QR code for your return can only be generated on the same day the return request is submitted.

• If you don’t use the QR code on that day, you’ll need to use a printed label for your return.
