Why was my refund amount different from what I paid?Updated a month ago

When processing a return and refund, refunds are applied based on the product eligibility and original payment method:

• Any gift card or reward points are refunded back to your gift card balance first.
• Exchange Only items are refunded to store credit. 
• The remainder is refunded to your credit card after processing fees, but some taxes and shipping charges may be non-refundable based on our policy.
