Can I use a promo or discount code during a site-wide sale or on sale items?

Discount codes cannot be used during site-wide sales or on items that are already marked down—including clearance items or markdowns that fall outside of formal sales events. During these times, we offer the best pricing possible, so additional discounts cannot be combined with sale prices.

Can I use more than one promo code on my order?

Only one promo code can be used per order. If you have multiple codes, choose the one that gives you the best discount, as they cannot be stacked.

How do I apply a promo or discount code?

1. Go to the checkout page.

2. Enter your code in the ‘Discount Code’ field under your cart total.

3. Click ‘Apply’ to see your updated total.

4. Review the discount before finalizing your order.

Having Trouble With a Discount Code?

Try these tips:

• Are you logged into your Born Primitive account?
  Some codes are linked to your email address, so make sure you’re logged into the correct account.

• Is your code still valid?
  Check the source—some codes have expiration dates.

• Do you have sale items in your cart?
  Discount codes don’t apply to already discounted items.

• Are you entering it correctly?
  Codes can be case-sensitive. Watch for easily confused characters like "O" vs. "0."

Refunds & Discount Code Usage

Yes! We proudly offer a 15% discount through GovX-ID to:

• Active duty & veteran military

How to Register:

1. At checkout, click the GovX-ID link under your cart.

2. Log in or create your GovX-ID account.

3. Once verified, you’ll receive a one-time-use discount code to apply at checkout.

4. You can generate a new code each time you shop.

Important Notes:

• This discount cannot be combined with other sales, promos, or discount codes.

• Be sure to apply your code before completing checkout—we can’t apply it after the fact.
