How do I edit my account information?Updated 5 hours ago

Whether you’re updating your address, viewing past orders, or checking your rewards, here’s how to manage your account:


I haven’t created an account yet—what should I do?

If you haven’t registered for an account, you can create one here:
Create an Account

Once your account is created, you’ll be able to:

  • Update your saved shipping address

  • Track and view new orders

  • Access rewards and loyalty points

  • Print order invoices

  • View your full order history

Please note: Updating your address in your account will not change the shipping address for any orders that have already been placed. If you need to update an address for an active order, please contact us as soon as possible, we are unable to update addresses on shipped orders.


I already have an account—where do I log in?

You can log in at any time here:
Log In to Your Account

Once logged in, you can:

  • View and manage orders

  • Print past invoices

  • Redeem and track rewards

  • Edit your saved information

Important: This login is separate from your Shop App login. If you created your order using the Shop App but not directly through our website, it may not appear in your online account.
