Email your completed Tax Exemption Form to the appropriate contact based on your affiliation:
Your form should clearly include:
Your Tax ID number
Your Business Name and Address

Step 2: Approval Process
Once we receive and verify your documentation, our team will:
Send you an invitation to activate your Tax-Exempt Business Account
Confirm your tax-exempt status via email
Important Reminders:
Do not place any orders until you receive confirmation of approval. We are unable to refund taxes on orders placed before your tax-exempt account is activated.
You must be logged into your approved Tax-Exempt Account when placing orders to ensure taxes are waived at checkout.
