How to Set Up a Tax-Exempt Tactical Industry AccountUpdated 4 days ago

Please follow the steps below to activate your tax-exempt account. 

**Please note until it is verified you are tax exempt, we cannot edit tax calculations for your order and orders placed without verification do not qualify for tax exemption.**

Step 1: Submit Your Tax Exemption Form

Email your completed Tax Exemption Form to BP Tactical and state your affiliation:

• Military and Government Purchases

• Law Enforcement, State, Intelligence, and Federal Enforcement Agencies

Your form should clearly include:

• Your Tax ID number

• Your Business Name and Address

  • If this is an individual state exemption, please provide a valid form of ID with your exemption form/card 
  •  Please send forms to the appropriate email listed above (hyperlinked) to ensure timely processing.

Step 2: Approval Process

Once we receive and verify your documentation, our team will:

• Send you instructions for your Tax-Exempt Account

• Confirm your tax-exempt status via email

Important Reminders:

• Do not place any orders until you receive confirmation of approval. We are unable to refund taxes on orders placed before your tax-exempt account is activated.

• You must be logged into your approved Tax-Exempt Account when placing orders to ensure taxes are waived at checkout.
