Our T&E Program lets agencies try out our uniforms and gear before committing to a larger order. This helps you assess quality, fit, and function for your team.
Please note:
T&E requests are limited to one per department or unit.
All requests are subject to stock availability.
All T&E items must be returned unworn and in original packaging to remain eligible for future participation.
How to Participate:
Complete the T&E Request Form below.
Email the form to [email protected].
Attach your department’s Tax Exemption Certificate and W-9 (if applicable).
Form Details:
Shipping Info: Department Name, Address, Attention To, Phone, Email
Requested Items: Item Name, Size, Color, Quantity, Notes (fit preferences, etc.)
Attachments: Tax-Exempt Certificate (if applicable), W-9 Form (if applicable)
