Test & Evaluation (T&E) Program

Our T&E Program helps military and government departments evaluate our uniforms and gear before placing larger orders. This ensures your team can assess quality, fit, and function.

How to Participate:

1. Complete the T&E Request Form.

2. Email the form to [email protected].

3. Attach your department’s Tax Exemption Certificate and W-9 (if applicable).

Please Note:

• One T&E request per department or unit.

• Requests are subject to stock availability.

• T&E items must be returned unworn and in original packaging to remain eligible for future participation.

Form Details Include:

• Shipping Info: Department Name, Address, Attention To, Phone, Email

• Requested Items: Item Name, Size, Color, Quantity, Notes (fit preferences, etc.)

• Attachments: Tax-Exempt Certificate, W-9 Form (if applicable)
