Returns for Store Credit & Using Email Gift CardsUpdated 6 hours ago
Q: What happens if I return an item and used a gift card to pay?
If your original order was paid using both a gift card and another payment method, any refund will be applied back to the gift card first. If there’s any remaining balance to refund after that, it will go to your secondary form of payment.
Q: How do I receive my store credit after a return?
Once your returned item(s) are received and approved by our returns team, you’ll receive an email containing a digital store credit code. This code can be used like a gift card at checkout and does not expire.
Note: If your return included a “Shop Now” bonus, that bonus only applies when exchanging for a new item (not for store credit or size exchanges). Any unused bonus amount is null and void once the exchange is complete.
Q: Can I return an “exchange only” item?
Yes! “Exchange only” items are eligible for a size or style exchange within the return window. If the new item is a higher price, you’ll be responsible for the difference. If you'd prefer not to exchange, these items may be returned for store credit instead.
Q: Can I use my store credit or gift card with a discount code?
Yes! Gift cards and store credit codes are treated like cash at checkout. You can still apply an eligible discount codeduring your purchase.
