Carrier AlertsUpdated 8 days ago

At Born Primitive, we partner with reliable carriers to ship your orders worldwide. Occasionally, carriers may issue alerts that can affect international shipments. These alerts can lead to delays or temporary changes in service.

What Are Carrier Alerts?
Carrier alerts are notifications issued by shipping companies indicating potential service disruptions. Causes can include:

  • Extreme weather events

  • High package volumes during peak seasons

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Transportation or logistical interruptions

How Carrier Alerts Affect Your Order:

  • International shipments may experience extended transit times.

  • Tracking updates may be delayed or temporarily unavailable.

  • Delivery schedules can be impacted by customs or local regulations.

Important Notes:

  • We can only see the same shipping updates that the carrier provides.

  • Once a package leaves our warehouse, we cannot alter the package, shipping address, or route.

  • Customers are welcome to contact the carrier directly using their tracking number to explore options or get the latest updates.
