Can I change or add items to my order once it's placed?
Unfortunately, we are not able to add or change items to orders once they have been placed. If your order has not shipped, we recommend you contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible for further assistance at [email protected] or through the "Track and Manage my Order" tab in this Help Center.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. To check the current status of your order or review your order history, log into your Born Primitive Account. If you have not logged in previously, you will need to create an account with your ordering email.
We understand plans change!
If your order is already being packed, prepared for shipment, or has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. Once an order reaches this stage, it’s on its way to you and cannot be recalled.
