Can I use a promo code during a site-wide sale or on sale items?
Promo codes cannot be used on site-wide sales or items that are already discounted, including clearance. During these times, our sale prices are already the best available, so additional discounts cannot be combined.
Can I use more than one promo code per order?
No—only one promo code can be applied per order. If you have multiple codes, choose the one that gives you the best discount.
How do I apply a promo code?
Go to the checkout page.
Enter your code in the ‘Discount Code’ field under your cart total.
Click ‘Apply’ to see your updated total.
Confirm the discount before completing your purchase.
⚠️ Important: Promo codes must be applied before checkout—we cannot apply them after your order is submitted.
Having trouble with a code?
Check your account: Some codes are tied to specific emails.
Verify the code is valid: Some expire or have usage limits.
Avoid sale items: Discount codes don’t apply to items already on sale.
Enter correctly: Codes can be case-sensitive. Watch for “O” vs. “0” and similar characters.
