What does “Exchange-Only” or “Final Sale” mean?

Some items in our store are designated as Exchange-Only or Final Sale. These designations determine what options are available after purchase.

Exchange-Only Items
These items are not eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. They can be:

• Exchanged for a different size or style (price differences may apply)
• Returned for store credit if an exchange is not preferred

Final Sale Items
Final Sale means the item is not eligible for return or exchange. These purchases are considered final.

We make this visible throughout the shopping experience:

• On the product page when the specific color/variant is selected
• Under the “Delivery & Returns” section
• In your cart before checkout
• In your order confirmation and promotional sale communications
• In our FAQ and Return Policy

Return Guidelines

• Exchange-Only items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in new condition within the standard return window
• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
