Q: What does "Exchange-Only" or "Final Sale" mean, and where can I find this information?

Some items in our store are designated as Exchange-Only or Final Sale, and we want to make sure you’re informed every step of the way.

Exchange-Only Items:

These items are not eligible for returns to your original form of payment. They can only be:

  • Exchanged for a different size or style (upcharge may apply)

  • Returned for store credit, if an exchange is not possible

Final Sale Items:

These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

Where can I see if an item is Exchange-Only or Final Sale?

We make this clear:

  • In our FAQ's

  • In your cart, before checkout

  • In your order confirmation email, after purchase

📝 Return Policy for Exchange-Only and Final Sale Items:

  • Exchange-Only items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition, and returned within the standard return window.

  • Final Sale items are not returnable under any condition, even if unworn.
