How do I change my shipping address ?Updated a month ago

If you need to change your shipping address, we recommend contacting our customer service team as soon as possible. Please note that once your order has shipped, we are unable to update the address.

To submit a change of address request, use the Track and Manage my Order tab on our Helpdesk or the chat feature in the bottom right corner of our website. A customer service associate will review your request and reach out to confirm if the change has been successfully made. Please keep in mind that your address will not be updated until you receive official confirmation via email.
