How do I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?Updated a year ago

We recommend to contact our customer service team as soon as possible to make any changes. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to update your address.

To submit a change of address request, please use the Track and Manage my Order tab on our Helpdesk or chat on the bottom right corner of our webpage. Once a Customer Service associate has reviewed your order, we will reach out with confirmation. Please note, your address has not been successfully changed until you receive this official confirmation from us in a follow up email.
