How do I make a return or exchange?Updated 5 months ago

We are sorry to hear that some of the items in your order did not work for you. As long as the tags are still attached and the item is in unworn/unwashed condition, we allow our customers 60 days to process a return or exchange.

I have included a link (CLICK HEREthat will direct you to initiate a return or exchange on our Portal. Please enter your order number and shipping zip code and select "start a return" to pull up your order. 

Select the item that you want to send back to us, follow the prompts, and then select "exchange for new size" or "exchange for a new item.” If you want to pick something new, you will be directed to our website, where you can add whatever you'd like to your cart and shop with a credit. Once you have completed your shopping, click check out in your cart and you'll see how the credit is applied.

We offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit. As long as items are not marked "exchange only", we also offer returns to the original form of payment, there is a small shipping fee of $7.50.
