How do I make a return or exchange?Updated a month ago

Return & Exchange Policy

We’re happy to assist with returns and exchanges within 45 days of purchase, provided items are in brand-new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.

Eligible Items:

  • Apparel: Must have original tags attached and be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume, makeup, and pet hair.

  • Shoes: Must be unworn (other than try-on) and returned in the original shoebox (undamaged), along with any included accessories such as extra laces.

  • Swimwear & Athleisure Undies: Must have the hygienic liner intact. Please note: items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in the original clear plastic bag with the barcode label intact.

If possible, we encourage you to reuse the original packaging—polymailers can often be turned inside out and taped. Please note that our return portal does not support combining multiple orders into one return; each order must be returned separately.


How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Click here to open our Return & Exchange Portal.

  2. Enter your order number and zip code.

  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

  4. Choose the return reason and select one of the following options:

    • Exchange for a new size

    • Exchange for a different item

    • Return for a refund to the original payment method (minus a $12.00 processing fee)

    • Return for store credit (no return shipping fee deducted)

  5. If you select Exchange & Shop Now, you’ll be redirected to our site to use your store credit at checkout.

  6. Be sure to add items to your cart and click “checkout” to be redirected back to the return summary page.

Important: Do not log into any third-party payment options or external websites during this process. Doing so will process the order as a standard purchase, and we will be unable to edit it as an exchange.


Instant Exchange Option:

If you select Instant Exchange on the return summary page before submitting your return:

  • A $1 hold will be placed on your card on file.

  • Your exchange item(s) will ship out prior to your return items arriving back at the warehouse. 

  • If the return items are not received, your card will be charged for the replacement items.

If you opt out of Instant Exchange, your replacement items will ship once your return is received and processed.


Additional Information:

  • Sale items are exchange only or final sale and will be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.

  • All mystery bundles and free promotional items are final sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for size, color, or style on these items.

  • Items are not reserved until your return is scanned into the mail system.

  • A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you after you complete the return process.

  • Returns are typically processed 5–7 business days after arriving at our facility.

  • Refunds to the original payment method will have a $12.00 processing fee deducted.

  • Refunds to store credit are processed without any deductions.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Gift card purchases will be reimbursed to the original gift card first, and any remaining balance will be returned to the alternate payment method.

  • Discounts from your original purchase will carry over as a Shop Now bonus on exchanges. Any unused portion will not be retained.

 

At this time, we do not provide return labels for International, FPO and APO addresses.
If you are an international, FPO or APO customer that purchased from the United States website, please use your own pre-paid label to ship the items back to the United States. Please include a note in the package detailing if you would like to receive store credit or issue a refund to original payment method.
