How do I return an item if I'm an international, FPO, or APO customer?Updated a month ago

At this time, we do not provide return shipping labels for international, FPO, or APO addresses.

If you purchased through our United States website, you are welcome to return your item(s) using your own pre-paid shipping label. Be sure to:

Include a note in your return package with the following:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• A clear request for either:

  • Store credit

  • Or a refund to your original payment method (a $12 processing fee applies for returns to original payment method) for eligible items.

We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes tracking and keeping your receipt for reference. Once your return is received and processed by our Returns Team, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your store credit code or refund information.
