Currently, we’re unable to accommodate local order pickups, returns, or exchanges at our facility, and we do not offer tours of our warehouse.
That said, we’re actively working on opening a physical retail space in the Hilltop area of Virginia Beach! While we don’t have an official opening date just yet, we’re excited to bring that option to our local customers in the near future.
In the meantime, all orders must be placed online and shipped directly to your address.
If you need to return or exchange an item, you can easily do so through our online Return & Exchange Portal .
