Returns & Exchanges on Sale Items and Event Purchases

• Sale Items: Products marked as sale items are either exchange only or final sale. This information will be clearly noted prior to checkout, including:

  • On the product page when the final sale color/variant is selected
  • Directly under the item in your cart
  • During checkout before payment is completed
  • In your order confirmation email
  • In any promotional emails or texts regarding the sale

•  Exchange only items can be exchanged for size, alternate items, or returned for store credit. 

• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Mystery Bundles & Free Promotional Items: All mystery bundles and free promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for size, color, or style.

• Event Purchases: Items purchased at events are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
