T&E Requests, Quotes, and Tax-Exempt PurchasingUpdated 4 days ago

Test & Evaluation (T&E) Requests and Department Purchases

For questions regarding Test & Evaluation (T&E) requests, department purchases, or quote inquiries, please contact them directly based on your affiliation at the Born Primitive Tactical LEO/State Agency Team or the Born Primitive Tactical US Government Team .

All T&E requests must come from a member of your command staff and should be sent directly to the contacts listed above.

To ensure a smooth process, be sure to include:

  • Product names and quantities

  • Department details

  • Any tax-exempt documentation (if applicable)

If you’re a U.S. Government Agency requesting a TAA/Berry compliant quote, please submit your request through the designated channel for those products. Our team will provide a personalized quote and discuss the best options for your needs.

How to Set Up a Tax-Exempt Business Account

We’re proud to support tax-exempt businesses and organizations. Please follow the steps below to activate your tax-exempt account:

Step 1: Submit Your Tax Exemption Form

Email your completed Tax Exemption Form to [email protected]. Your form should clearly include:

  • Your Tax ID number

  • Your Business Name and Address

Step 2: Approval Process

Once we receive and verify your documentation, our team will:

  • Send you an invitation to activate your Tax-Exempt Business Account

  • Confirm your tax-exempt status via email

Important Reminders:

  • Do not place any orders until you receive confirmation of approval. We are unable to refund taxes on orders placed before your tax-exempt account is activated.

  • You must be logged into your approved Tax-Exempt Account when placing orders to ensure taxes are waived at checkout.

Compliance Update

We’re excited to announce that our Tactical line will soon be TAA/Berry compliant, meeting strict U.S. Government sourcing standards. This is a key part of our commitment to expanding domestic production and supporting government contracts.
