What is OrderProtect?Updated 8 days ago

At checkout, you’ll be asked whether or not you’d like to protect your order with OrderProtect. This optional insurance covers the physical items in your order in the event they’re stolen, lost in transit, damaged, or delivered incorrectly by the postal system. We recommend it for extra peace of mind, since once an order leaves our warehouse, it’s no longer in our control.

OrderProtect applies to the physical items in your order only. It does not cover return costs, return shipping, or original shipping costs.

When you’re ready to proceed, you’ll see two button options:

• Protected Checkout (adds OrderProtect to your order)
• Checkout without OrderProtect (removes it)

That way, you can choose what works best for you.
