What should I do if my order says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?
If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received the package, please follow the steps below:
1. Wait 5 Business Days
Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. This can be due to miscommunication or delays within the carrier’s system. Please allow up to 5 full business days after the marked delivery date for the package to show up.
2. Check Around Your Property
Look near all entry points, mailboxes, porches, garages, or behind outdoor furniture where the package may have been tucked away. If you live in a multi-unit building, check with your building manager or neighbors.
3. Contact the Carrier
We only have access to the same tracking details that you do, so if you believe your package is truly missing, we recommend contacting USPS or UPS directly for more immediate help. They may be able to provide additional delivery details.
4. When is a Package Considered Lost?
Per USPS and UPS policy, a package is not considered lost unless it has shown no tracking movement for at least 15 business days. If this time has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please reach out to our customer service team so we can help you with the next steps.
