Order Modifications
Orders cannot be edited, added to, or changed once placed (items, sizes, shipping, discounts, payment methods).
Contact Customer Service ASAP if there is an issue — changes are not guaranteed once the order enters fulfillment.
Canceling and reordering will be at current site pricing.
Address Changes After Shipping
Once a package ships, we cannot edit or reroute the address

If you notice a discrepancy, contact Customer Service immediately.
We cannot alter addresses once a package has shipped.
Updating your Born Primitive account does not change the shipping address on orders that have already been placed.
