Why was my refund amount different from what I paid?Updated 3 days ago

When processing a return, refunds are applied based on the item’s eligibility and the original payment method:

  • Gift cards and store credit: If an order was paid using store credit or a gift card, eligible refunds are applied back to that balance first. If there is a remaining eligible refund, it will be returned to the secondary payment method.
  • Exchange Only items: Items marked Exchange Only can be exchanged for another eligible size or style or returned for store credit. They are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds to the original payment method: Any remaining eligible amount is refunded to the original payment method, less any applicable processing fees. Certain taxes or original shipping charges may also be non-refundable according to our return policy.

How do I receive my store credit?

Once your returned item(s) are received and approved by our returns team, you’ll receive an email with a digital store credit code.

  • Store credit works like a gift card at checkout.
  • Store credit does expire. Please refer to the expiration date provided at the time the store credit is issued.
  • Store credit can also be used in-store.
  • Store credit may be used with an eligible discount code unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Please note: If your return included a “Shop Now” bonus, that bonus is only valid when exchanging for a new item. It does not apply to store credit returns or size exchanges, and any unused portion will be void once the exchange is completed.

If you feel there was an error with your refund or store credit amount, please provide your order details and our team will be happy to review it.
