We stand behind the quality of our gear and are always happy to take a closer look at any concerns you may have. If your item has a defect in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery, we’re here to help.
Coverage
- Clothing & Gear: Covered for 6 months from the delivery date
- Shoes: Covered for 12 months from the delivery date
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by use. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Accidental damage or improper care
- Animal damage (bites or scratches)
- Alterations
- Snags, scuffs, holes, cuts, fraying, burns, pilling, or similar wear
How to Submit a Warranty Claim (BornPrimitive.com Orders Only)
To submit a claim, please email [email protected] and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue and lot number
Please note: We must be able to verify your purchase before proceeding with any warranty request.
Purchased from Another Retailer?
We’re always happy to review your concern and help guide you; however, if your purchase was not made through BornPrimitive.com or the Born Primitive Facebook/Instagram store, warranty requests must be handled by the original place of purchase.
This includes, but is not limited to, orders made through third-party retailers, marketplaces, resale platforms, box stores, or in-store partners. These businesses manage their own orders and warranties, so they will be the best point of contact for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
